Green Chile Cheese Spread

4 oz. cream cheese

¼ cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 (4-oz.) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles

3 T. sliced green onion

½ t. hot pepper sauce

½ t. chili powder

¼ t. ground cumin


Combine cream cheese and sour cream in medium bowl. Stir in cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, chiles, green onion, hot pepper sauce, chili powder and cumin. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Yield: 2 Servings
