Chicken & Gravy

1 Reynolds Oven Bag (14x20)

2 T. flour

1 (¾-1 oz.) pkg. chicken gravy mix

¼ t. garlic powder

Seasoned salt; pepper

1½ cups water

6 skinless chicken pieces

4 medium sliced carrots

2 stalks sliced celery


Preheat oven to 350º.  Shake flour in Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2” baking pan.  Add gravy mix, garlic powder and water.  Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and pepper; place in bag.  Place carrots and celery in bag around chicken.  Close bag with nylon tie; cut six ½” slits in top.  Bake until chicken is tender, 45-50 minutes.  MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
