Easy
Ears of Corn

ears of corn
6 T. butter
6 (12”) pieces of Aluminum foil
salt & pepper to taste
Peel
husks and remove silks form the corn. Soak in cold water for ½ hour.
Wrap each ear of corn with 1 T. of butter and salt & pepper in
foil and fold ends tightly. Put on the grill and close lid. Grill
on medium high heat for 20 minutes, turning occasionally to prevent
blackening. Makes 6 servings.
