Snapper & Salsa

4 (4-oz.) red snapper fillets

1 cup Ortega Salsa

2 T. lime juice

1 T. parsley

Hot cooked rice


Arrange fillets in a 12x8x2” baking dish.  Combine salsa, lime juice and parsley.  Spoon salsa mixture over fillets; cover with foil.  Bake at 400ºF for 15-20 minutes or until done.  Serve over rice.  SERVES 4.
