Skillet Pork Chops & Dumplings

4 pork chops, ½” thick

½ cup milk

1 t. Worcestershire sauce

½ t. garlic salt

¼ t. powdered thyme

1 can Cream of Celery soup

1 medium onion, sliced

8-oz. can pineapple chunks


Cook pork chops in 10” skillet until brown on both sides.  Mix milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, thyme and soup.  Layer onion slices on pork; pour soup mixture on top.  Heat to boiling; reduce heat.  Cover and simmer 30 minutes.  Stir in pineapple.  Prepare dumplings.  MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
