thick pork chops

cups milk
Pepper
& salt to
taste

cups cornflakes
Trim
pork chops; reserve some pork fat in skillet with tight-fitting
cover. Add pork chops to fat; brown on each side. Drain
off excess drippings. Sprinkle chops generously with salt and
pepper. Crush cornflakes slightly; sprinkle on chops.
Cover chops with milk. Cover pan and bake in preheated 350 º
oven for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
