One
hour before serving, combine vinegar, Worcestershire, oil, meat
tenderizer, and herbs. Pierce steak on all sides with fork;
pour vinegar mixture over steak and refrigerate 1 hour, turning once
or twice. Grill or broil 8-12 minutes on each side, basting
with vinegar mixture occasionally. Carve into thin slices.
