Sprinkle
stew meat with flour. Heat oil in 3-quart Dutch oven and brown
meat. Add seasoning mix, water and bay leaf. Cover and
simmer 1½ hours. Add vegetables and salt. Bring to boil
and simmer 45 minutes more. SERVES 4-6.
