Bread

all-purpose flour

salt
1 t.
baking soda
1 t.
baking powder
3 t.
ground cinnamon
3 eggs
1 cup
vegetable oil
2¼ cups
white sugar
3 t.
vanilla extract
2 cups
grated zucchini
1 cup
chopped walnuts
In
a large pot of boiling salted water, cook angel hair pasta until al dente.
Drain. In a large sauté pan, heat butter over medium heat until melted. Stir
in the Cajun seasoning and heavy cream. Cook until sauce is reduced by half.
Stir in the green onions and crayfish or shrimp. Heat thoroughly. Serve over
hot angel hair pasta. Serves 10.
