Hot Crab, Red Pepper and Onion Dip

1 (8 ounce) packages KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese, divided

1 (4 ounce) pkg Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, softened

1 t. garlic powder

1 t. Italian seasoning

1 medium red pepper, chopped

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained

Wheat Thins Snack Crackers


Preheat oven to 375F. Remove cup of the mozzarella cheese; cover and refrigerate for later use. Mix all remaining ingredients except crackers until well blended. Spread into 9 pie plate. Bake 20 minutes or until dip is heated through and top is lightly browned. Sprinkle with reserved cup mozzarella cheese. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve with crackers.
