Sugar Cookies

2 cups Jiffy Baking Mix

2/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup milk

5 level T. soft shortening or oil

1 egg

1 t. vanilla

Heat oven to 350º. Grease baking sheet. Combine all ingredients. Beat vigorously until well blended. Drop to tablespoonful onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove cookies and sprinkle with sugar. Yield: 3 dozen.
