San Antonio Spinach Salad

4 cups torn spinach leaves

1 (15-oz.) can black beans

½ cup thinly sliced red onion rings

1 cup sliced mushrooms

¼ cup Canadian bacon

½ cup picante

¼ cup bottled Italian dressing

¼ t. ground cumin

Hard-boiled eggs, sliced

Combine vegetables, beans and fried bacon in large bowl.  Combine picante, dressing and cumin in small bowl; mix well.  Pour picante mixture over vegetables; toss lightly to coat.  Chill.  Toss again and garnish with eggs.  MAKES 4-6 SERVINGS.
