Bread
Machine Apple Oatmeal Bread

½
cup old-fashioned rolled oats
5/8 cup water
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
2¾ cups bread flour
1½ t. salt
2 T. brown sugar
1½ T. dry milk powder
1½ T. butter or margarine
½ cup raisins
2 t. Ground cinnamon
2 t. active dry yeast
Place
all ingredients in bread pan. Select Light Crust setting, and
press Start. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan,
place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
Yield: 1½-pound loaf
