Skillet Ribeye Steak

2 rib eye steaks cut 1” thick (approx 1 lb.)
1 T. olive oil
1 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. crumbled feta cheese
1 T. chopped Kalamatra olives

Seasoning:

1½ t. garlic powder
1½ t. dried basil leaves
1½ t. dried oregano
½ t. salt
dash pepper


Combine seasonings and press on both sides of beef. In a nonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat till hot. Cook steaks in skillet, turning once. 10 to 15 minutes for medium rare. sprinkle with lemon juice. to serve, sprinkle with feta and olives.
