Asparagus Summer Pasta

1 lb. Asparagus

2 T + 1 cup heavy cream

2 T olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

Fettucini

Parmesan Cheese


Cut asparagus diagonally, the blanch for 2 minutes.  Melt cream.  Add asparagus to olive oil.  Add juice of lemon.  Cook Fettucini (not quite 1 pound) in asparagus water.  Top with Parmesan.
