Lemon Pound Cake

1 box Lemon Supreme Cake Mix

1 box Lemon Instant Pudding

¾ cup apricot nectar

¾ cup Wesson oil

4 eggs

½ cup water

2 T. lemon juice

1 cup powdered sugar

Mix first 6 ingredients well and pour into a tube pan and bake for 55 minutes at 350ºF. Remove from pan and pour glaze over cake while hot. Glaze: Add lemon juice to powdered sugar and stir. Add more sugar or juice if needed. Glaze will be thick and creamy.
