lb. blue cheese
½ cup butter, softened
1/3 cup port wine
1½ cups chopped walnuts
In
a food processor blend together cheese, butter, and port until the
mixture is smooth. Combine cheese mix with chopped nuts and chill at
least 1 hour or up to 3 weeks in a sealed container. Transfer to a
fancy plate or bowl before serving. Yield: 12 Servings
