Garlic Cheese Bread

2 T. melted butter

1 T. grated Parmesan

1 T. parsley

1 clove garlic, crushed

Dash red pepper

½ loaf French bread

Preheat oven to 375º.  Stir together all ingredients until blended.  Cut bread into 1” slices without cutting through bottom.  Brush mixture on one side of each slice.  Wrap in foil and bake 15 minutes.  Unwrap and bake 15 minutes longer.  MAKES 4 SERVINGS.
