Cranberry
Salad

1
cup fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 large jar Royal sweet cherries
1 cup mandarin oranges
½ cup walnuts, chopped
1½ cups whipping cream
2 T. sugar
1 cup mini marshmallows
Grind
cranberries and mix in 1 cup sugar. Let this sit overnight in
refrigerator. In the morning, drain off the juice and then add
cherries, oranges and nuts. Whip the whipping cream slowly, adding the
2 T. sugar. Fold whipping cream and marshmallows into fruit mixture.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Yield: 8 servings
