Amaretto Coffee Creamer

¾ cup non-dairy coffee creamer

1 t. almond extract

1 t. ground cinnamon

¾ cup confectioners sugar

In a jar with a screw-top lid, combine all ingredients and shake well to blend. To make Amaretto Coffee: Place 1-2 tablespoons of creamer in a mug and fill with 6 ounces of coffee, or more if you wish.
