King Ranch Chicken (Verne's)

6-8 chicken breasts, skinned, broiled, & chopped

12 corn tortillas (torn into pieces)

2 cups grated cheddar or Velveeta cheese

1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

1 can Cream of Chicken soup

1 can Rotel tomatoes

1 chopped onion

In Pam-greased 2-quart casserole, place a layer of tortillas on bottom. Mix together remaining ingredients and place layer of mixture on top of tortillas.  Add another layer of each. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake at 325º-350ºC for 45 minutes to an hour. Serves 8-10.
