Quick Lasagna (Verne's)

1½ lbs. ground beef

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

1 cup water

1 pkg. Lipton Instant Onion Soup

8 oz. cooked lasagna noodles

1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

1 carton cottage cheese

3 oz. Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef. Add next 3 ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. In a 9x13” baking dish, layer noodles, meat sauce, and cheeses. Always end layering with Mozzarella. Bake at 350ºC until cheese is bubbly.
