My eternal brother, Mike Mickey of Rapture
Alert, hit the nail right on the head with today’s article called “Are
Christians Subconsciously Waving Goodbye”!!! For about 2 years now, I have been telling Richard and
other Christians that it looks to me like the Lord is beginning to separate the
wheat from the tares, and we, as Christians, are able to more easily see who is
on the Lord's side, and who is on Satan's side.
People are also having to “choose up sides” now.
They are either totally committed to the Lord, or totally committed to
Satan. Richard and I find ourselves talking about what we
hope eternity is like, and I'll ask him questions like, "Do you think
there will be libraries there?" and silly things like that.
And “What do you think are the 12 fruits on the Trees of Life that line
the River of Life that flows from the Thrones of the Father and the Lamb.”
With each day that passes by, we talk more and more and more about eternity.
I feel "not at home" here any more.
Richard & I have been blessed with marvelous lives here on earth, as
far as earthly blessings go, but we find ourselves longing deeply for eternity,
perfection, and bliss... and seeing loved ones who have gone on to be with the Lord,
meeting friends whom I will never meet on earth, wondering who will and who will
not be there in the Rapture. I feel
anxious and fidgety! In fact, in my day-to-day life, I find myself looking at
people that I deal with, and wondering, "Are they going to be in the
Rapture?" Or "I sure hope
so-and-so will be in the Rapture, because I really do love them."
In fact, my GF, Judy, and I say we wish it would be like it is in the
“Left Behind” books, where the Lord has placed a mark on the heads of
believers that only other believers can see.
That way, we would know who our fellow kinsmen were, and would also know
who we need to witness more to. Strangely enough, I’m not frightened, though, by what I
see happening all around us. I feel
extremely at peace within my spirit, which is a marvelous blessing!
I also have a feeling that this is all going to come to a head soon.
I’m just shocked that the Lord has been as patient with all the evil as
He has! You keep seeing things
become like “In the days of Lot” and “In the days of Noah”, and you
think, “It HAS to change SOON!!!” People
blatantly marry same-sex partners, abuse children, etc., thumbing their noses at
the Lord like they are thinking, “He hasn’t done anything yet, so I guess
He’s not going to!” Well,
folks, let me tell you… He will put up with it only until He gets a craw full
of their blasphemies, then He is going to jump on them with both “spiritual”
feet! As He tells us, “It is a fearful thing to fall into
the hands of the Living God.” Keep looking up, my precious friends, for our redemption draws nigh! My bags are packed, and I'm ready to go!!! Marantha!!!

conceived what God has prepared for those who love him"--
But He Will
