Salmon Lemon Loaf

1-lb. Can salmon Drain
salmon; reserve liquid. Flake salmon and combine with
lemon rind, lemon juice, onion, bell pepper, pepper sauce, bread
crumbs and egg. Moisten with salmon liquid. Spoon
into an oiled, quart-size loaf pan. Bake at 350º for
35-40 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices.
