Sausage Ring

2 lbs. sausage
1¼ cup cracker crumbs
1 cup diced apple
salt & pepper to taste
2 eggs
¼ cup minced onion
¼ cup milk


Mix well.  Press into Tupperware Jell-O ring.  Refrigerate from 1-2 hours.  Unmold into baking pan.  Bake at 325º for 1 hour.  Place on platter and fill center with scrambled eggs.  Place fresh fruits around and serve with coffee and hot breakfast rolls.
