The Christian Walk

Trust in Elohim and do good; dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness. Delight yourself in Elohim; and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to Elohim, trust also in Him, and He will do it. (Psalm 37:3-5)

But a natural man does not accept the things of the Spirit of Elohim, for they are foolishness to him; and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually appraised. (1 Corinthians 2:14)

And we know that all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28)

“…but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." (Joshua 24:15)

Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.  This is the first and great commandment.  And the second is like unto it, thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.  On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. (Matthew 22:37-40)

One person regards one day above another, another regards every day alike. Each person must be fully convinced in his own mind. (Romans 14:5)

You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. (1 John 4:4)

Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who substitute darkness for light and light for darkness; who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter! (Isaiah 5:20)

What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun. (Ecclesiastes 1:9)

Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the church, He Himself being the Savior of the body. But as the church is subject to Christ, so also the wives ought to be to their husbands in everything. (Ephesians 5:22-24)

Comfort

Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His godly ones. (Psalm 116:15)

Therefore, being always of good courage, and knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord--for we walk by faith, not by sight--we are of good courage, I say, and prefer rather to be absent from the body and to be at home with the Lord. (2 Corinthians 5:6-8)

Coming of the Bridegroom

He who testifies to these things says, "Yes, I am coming quickly." Amen. Come, Lord Jesus. The grace of the Lord Jesus be with all. Amen. (Revelation 22:20-21)

Deception, Last Days (How can we know for SURE if Christ has TRULY come again???)

They also said, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who has been taken up from you into heaven, will come in just the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven." (Acts 1:11)

"Then if anyone says to you, 'Behold, here is the Christ,' or 'There He is,' do not believe him. "For false Christs and false prophets will arise and will show great signs and wonders, so as to mislead, if possible, even the elect. "Behold, I have told you in advance. "So if they say to you, 'Behold, He is in the wilderness,' do not go out, or, 'Behold, He is in the inner rooms,' do not believe them. "For just as the lightning comes from the east and flashes even to the west, so will the coming of the Son of Man be. "Wherever the Body is, there the eagles will gather. (Matthew 24:23-28)

Deliverance from Bondage

Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.  For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.  For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh, so that the requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.  For those who are according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. (Romans 8:1-5)

Eternity

Then he brought me back to the door of the house; and behold, water was flowing from under the threshold of the house toward the east, for the house faced east. And the water was flowing down from under, from the right side of the house, from south of the altar. He brought me out by way of the north gate and led me around on the outside to the outer gate by way of the gate that faces east. And behold, water was trickling from the south side. Then he said to me, "These waters go out toward the eastern region and go down into the Arabah; then they go toward the sea, being made to flow into the sea, and the waters of the sea become fresh. "It will come about that every living creature which swarms in every place where the river goes, will live. And there will be very many fish, for these waters go there and the others become fresh; so everything will live where the river goes. "And it will come about that fishermen will stand beside it; from Engedi to Eneglaim there will be a place for the spreading of nets Their fish will be according to their kinds, like the fish of the Great Sea, very many. "But its swamps and marshes will not become fresh; they will be left for salt. (Ezekiel 47:1-2, 9-11)

"That which has been is that which will be, and that which has been done is that which will be done. So there is nothing new under the sun. (Ecclesiastes 1:9)

A generation goes and a generation comes, but the earth remains forever. (Ecclesiastes 1:4)

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away." (Revelation 21:1-4)

And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; and hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth. (Revelation 5:9-10)

"As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease." (Genesis 8:22)

…but just as it is written, "Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard, and which have not entered the heart of man, all that God has prepared for those who love Him." (1 Corinthians 2:9)

For he was looking for the city which has foundations, whose architect and builder is God. (Hebrews 11:10)

Judging

The one who eats is not to regard with contempt the one who does not eat, and the one who does not eat is not to judge the one who eats, for God has accepted him. Who are you to judge the servant of another? To his own master he stands or falls; and he will stand, for the Lord is able to make him stand. One person regards one day above another, another regards every day {alike.} Each person must be fully convinced in his own mind. (Romans 14:2-5)

"Do not judge so that you will not be judged.  "For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you. "Why do you look at the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye?  "Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' and behold, the log is in your own eye?  "You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye. (Matthew 7:1-5 )

As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. (Psalm 103:12)

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)

Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins. (1 Peter 4:8)

Therefore do not go on passing judgment before the time, but wait until the Lord comes who will both bring to light the things hidden in the darkness and disclose the motives of men's hearts; and then each man's praise will come to him from God. (1 Corinthians 4:5)

But you, why do you judge your brother? Or you again, why do you regard your brother with contempt? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God.  For it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall give praise to God.”  So then each one of us will give an account of himself to God.  Therefore let us not judge one another anymore, but rather determine this--not to put an obstacle or a stumbling block in a brother's way.  I know and am convinced in the Lord Jesus that nothing is unclean in itself; but to him who thinks anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean. (Romans 14:10-14)

Legalism

But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and arguments and quarrels about the law, because these are unprofitable and useless. Warn a divisive person once, and then warn him a second time. After that, have nothing to do with him. You may be sure that such a man is warped and sinful; he is self-condemned. (Titus 3:9-11)

Love of God

For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:38-39)

Prophecy (does YHWH reveal it to us?)

[It is] the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings [is] to search out a matter. (Proverbs 25:2)

But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that aught be written unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night. When they are saying, Peace and safety, then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall in no wise escape. But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief: for ye are all sons of light, and sons of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness; so then let us not sleep, as do the rest, but let us watch and be sober. For they that sleep sleep in the night: and they that are drunken are drunken in the night. But let us, since we are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for a helmet, the hope of salvation. For God appointed us not into wrath, but unto the obtaining of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. Wherefore exhort one another, and build each other up, even as also ye do. (1 Thessalonians 5:1-11)

Does the trumpet sound in the city without the populace becoming alarmed? Does misfortune come to a city if God has not sent it? No more does the Lord God do anything without revealing his plans to his servants the prophets." (Amos 3:6-7)

"For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights;... (Genesis 7:4)

Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things which have not been done, saying, 'My purpose will be established, and I will accomplish all My good pleasure'... (Isaiah 46:10)

Raising Children

“Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6)

For the unbelieving husband is sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified through her believing husband; for otherwise your children are unclean, but now they are holy. (1 Corinthians 7:14)

And a man's foes shall be they of his own household. (Matthew 10:36)

OSAS

As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. (Psalm 103:12) [Our sins, through our faith in Yahshua, are PERMANENTLY removed and PERMANENTLY forgotten by our Father… simply by faith in the FINISHED work of His Son on our behalf.]

"My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me; and I give eternal life to them, and they will never perish; and no one will snatch them out of My hand. "My Father, who has given {them} to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch {them} out of the Father's hand. (John 10:27-29) [Notice, they will NEVER perish, nor can ANYONE removed them.]

The one who believes in the Son of God has the testimony [evidence; proof] in himself; the one who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that Yahweh has given concerning His Son. And the testimony is this, that Yahweh has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life. (1 John 5:10-13)

He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. (Mark 16:16)

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. (John 5:24)

All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. (John 6:37-40)

I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world. (John 6:51) [If you ARE Yahshua’s, you SHALL live forever.]

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you FOREVER. (John 14:16) [Would the Spirit of the Most High ALLOW us to fall due to our sinful human flesh?  NO!]

Even the righteousness of God [which is] by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God (Romans 3:22-23)

But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life. For the wages of sin [is] death; but the gift of God [is] eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:22-23) [Notice, it is a GIFT of God… meaning we don’t have to do a THING to receive this GIFT but believe what Romans 10:9-10 tells us to do… confess with our mouth Yahshua as Lord, and believe in our hearts that Yahweh raised Him from the dead… and we WILL (not MIGHT) be saved.]

Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 8:33-39)

That if you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it with your mouth that you confess and are saved. (Romans 10:9,10)

for, 'Everyone who calls on the name of Yahweh will be saved.' (Romans 10:13)

For the gifts and calling of God are irrevocable. (Romans 11:29) [Dictionary.com defines “irrevocable” as: Incapable of being recalled or revoked; unchangeable; irreversible; unalterable; as, an irrevocable promise or decree; irrevocable fate.]

even as the testimony concerning Christ was confirmed in you, even as the testimony concerning Christ was confirmed in you, Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Corinthians 1:6-8) [Dictionary.com defines “confirm” as: to establish the truth, accuracy, validity, or genuineness of; corroborate; verify.]

If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss; but he himself shall be saved, yet so as by fire. (1 Corinthians 3:15)

There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. (1 Corinthians 10:13)

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? This only would I learn of you, received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if [it be] yet in vain. He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, [doeth he it] by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? (Galatians 3:1-5)

But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us [has made us alive] together with Christ, (by grace [GRACE is the freely given, unmerited favor and love of God] ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: that in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. (Ephesians 2:4-9)

And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. (Ephesians 4:30)

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6

But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish [Dictionary.com defines STABLISH as: To settle permanently in a state; to make firm; to establish; to fix.] you, and keep you from evil. And we have confidence in the Lord touching you, that ye both do and will do the things which we command you. (2 Thessalonians 3 3-4)

For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. (2 Timothy 1:12)

It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him: If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: "If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself." (2 Timothy 2:11-13)

For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. (Hebrews 10:14)

…for He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. (Hebrews 13:5)

Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. (1 Peter 1:5)

They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us; but they went out, that it might be plain that they all are not of us. (1 John 2:19)

And ye know that he was manifested to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. (1 John 3: 5)

Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God (1 John 3:9) [Spiritually we CANNOT sin; of course this doesn’t mean physically, but salvation is a FREE gift of God, by FAITH in His Son.]

"Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy" (Jude 24)

Rapture

Help, LORD, for the godly man ceases to be, for the faithful disappear from among the sons of men. (Psalm 12:1)

Salvation

For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)

The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God. (Romans 8:16)

...that if you confess with your mouth Yahshua as Lord, and believe in your heart that Yahweh raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9-10)

By this will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Yahshua Messiah [Jesus Christ] once for all. And every priest stands daily ministering and offering time after time the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins; but He, having offered one sacrifice for sins for all time, sat down at the right hand of God, waiting from that time onward until His enemies be made a footstool for His feet. For by one offering He has perfected for all time those who are sanctified.” (Hebrews 10:10-14)

"Therefore everyone who confesses Me before men, I will also confess him before My Father who is in heaven. (Matthew 10:32)

The Tribulation

Now as to the times and the epochs, brethren, you have no need of anything to be written to you. For you yourselves know full well that the day of the Lord will come just like a thief in the night. While they are saying, "Peace and safety!" then destruction will come upon them suddenly like labor pains upon a woman with child, and they will not escape. (1 Thessalonians 5:1-3)

Yahshua [Jesus], King of kings & Lord of lords

For this reason also, God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the name which is above every name, o that at the name of Jesus every knee will bow, of those who are in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and that every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:9-11)

"And the Father who sent Me, He has borne witness of Me. You have neither heard His voice at any time, nor seen His form." (John 5:37)

Yahweh

So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding {in the matter} for which I sent it. (Isaiah 55:11)

I am Yahweh: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. (Isaiah 42:8)

Now Yahweh is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of Yahweh is, there is liberty. (2 Corinthians 3:17)

"Elohim is Spirit, and those who worship Him need to worship in spirit and truth." (John 4:24)

"And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true Elohim, and Yahshua Messiah, whom thou hast sent." (John 17:3)

"For there is one Elohim, and one mediator between Elohim and men, the man Messiah Yahshua;" (1Timothy 2:5)

Be still, and know that I am Elohim. (Psalms 46:10)

And He said, "I Myself will make all My goodness pass before you, and will proclaim the name of YHWH before you; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show compassion on whom I will show compassion. (Exodus 33:19)

"Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow. (James 1:17)

Now Yahweh is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of Yahweh is, there is liberty. (2 Corinthians 3:17)

Hear, O Israel, Yahweh our Elohim, Yahweh is one. (Deuteronomy 6:4)

Do I not hate those who hate You, O Elohim? And do I not loathe those who rise up against You? I hate them with the utmost hatred; They have become my enemies. (Psalm 139:21-22)

"You are My witnesses," declares Yahweh, "And My servant whom I have chosen, so that you know and believe Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me there was no God formed, nor after Me there is none. (Isaiah 43:10)

"I, I am Yahweh, and besides Me there is no savior. (Isaiah 43:11)

For He says to Moses, "I WILL HAVE MERCY ON WHOM I HAVE MERCY, AND I WILL HAVE COMPASSION ON WHOM I HAVE COMPASSION." (Romans 9:15)
