Or do you not know that your body is the Dwelling Place of the Set-apart [Holy] Spirit who is in you, which you have from Elohim [God], and you are not your own? For you were bought with a price, therefore esteem Elohim in your body and in your spirit, which are of Elohim.
I’m
going to tell you a story,
of something that happened to me,
and I want you to take notice,
with your spiritual eyes and see.
For
thirty-five years of my life,
I puffed and puffed away,
‘til YHWH took some of His breath
one June 2006 day.
I
should have been ashamed,
for my body’s the Spirit’s tent.
My habit was an ongoing sin,
of which I needed to repent.
My
husband told me afterward
(with a voice full of gloom & doom),
“Do you think that the Holy Spirit,
liked living in a smoke-filled room?”

To my precious YHWH: “I am SO sorry that it took so many attempts on Your part to get my attention! And, believe it or not, I thank You for giving me bronchitis, and taking back some of Your breath, so that I was frightened enough to finally pay attention! Richard was absolutely right… all those years, Your Spirit lived in a smoke-filled room of my own making!!! Thank You for the blood of Yeshua, which wipes away all of our bad habits, our sins, which keep us from a close relationship with You. I promise to serve You to the best of my abilities throughout eternity, and I thank You for Your incessant lovingkindness! I love you with all my heart! Peggy.”
