UFO visits to Planet Earth to increase, according to blind author
March 22, 2006
San Antonio, Tex. (Monday, March 20, 2006) --Are
they just the delusions of fools? The conjured e.t.s of kooks? Or are they
manifestations of something really going on out there, and down here? One thing
for sure, there are so many reports these days of sightings, encounters,
abductions, hauntings, possessions, and other-worldly stuff as to make it all
impossible to ignore, or to pass it off as merely figments of imagination run
amok.
Terry James, author of the just released novel, “The Rapture Dialogues: Dark
dimension,” offers some conjecture on what’s going on, as a part of a book
tour.
James opened the novel’s promotion tour with appearances at Randolph Air Force
Base, Lackland Air Force Base, and Ft. Sam Houston near San Antonio Fri. And
Sat., March 17 and 18.
The novel depicts the history of unidentified flying objects (UFOs) in modern
times –primarily from the 1947 discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls, and the 1947
Roswell UFO incident, to the 1967 “Six Day War,” between Israel and the Arab
nations that came against the Jewish state. But, the story also brings the
reader to the 21st Century.
“The reason I wanted to start the book tour at Randolph is because much of the
story has its genesis at the base, and in the area that surrounds San
Antonio.”
The novel has the endorsement of Tim LaHaye, co-author of the “Left Behind”
series of novels, which have sold more than 65 million copies.
“Tim and I have been good friends for a lot of years, and friends like to help
friends. But if you know Tim LaHaye very well, you know that he doesn’t
endorse something of which he doesn’t fully approve,” James said. “So, to
have such an affirmation about the workis quite encourageing.”
Although he admits that much of the reportage of UFOs, and other such phenomena
can’t be taken seriously, because of the difficulty, and even impossibility of
verification of such accounts, there is considerable evidence that there is
something to these strange things going on around the world.
James, who has been totally blind since 1993 due to a retinal disease, has since
losing his sight written and co-authored 16 books in the area of Bible prophecy.
His research and study convince him of the identity of those behind the UFOs
–and the ghostly hauntings, stigmata reports, possessions, and the other eerie
things going on that can’t be written off as lies, or imaginations gone wild.
“The key to understanding the novel’s premise is in the sub-title: “Dark
Dimension,” the author said. “This, based upon the Bible Book of Ephesians,
chapter 6, verses 11 through 18,” James added.
The author pointed to one of the most profound and perplexing of recent sighting
incidents that can’t be easily explained, or written off as hoax.
“One specific UFO incident that hasn’t been proved fake is the Nevada
sighting last year. And, it is eerily like the account in the prophetic book of
Revelation, chapter 13, verse 13,” James said.
Ramon Watkins, who bills himself as “Prophet Yahweh,” claimed he would call
UFOs down near Las Vegas, Nev., causing an ABC affiliate film crew to take him
up on his challenge to them to cover the event. Yahweh agreed to meet with the
KNTV reporter and film crew at the location and time of their choice.
The reporter and cameramen were said to be stunned while they recorded the
phenomena at about 2:30 p.m. local time on May 26, 2005. While the news cameras
rolled, Prophet Yahweh was documented summoning UFOs above Doolittle Park near
Las Vegas. One of the bright spheres remained stationery, while another flew in
a line across Las Vegas, away from the stationery object, then returned.
“I find it rather odd that this event was documented by what would be
considered part of legitimate news media, yet the story was basically ignored by
national and international media. It’s interesting, too, that the scientific
community, whom pride themselves in their empiricism, remain silent on that
well-documented event,” James said. “As I understand it, this so-called
prophet offered to perform the same type summoning of the UFOs for news media in
various places, of their choosing, but was never taken up on his offer. “I’m
not saying he actually called these things forth, but where is the intellectual
curiosity, and journalistic honesty, among those who should be keeping us
informed?”
The author believes that Bible prophecy foretells a time yet future when UFO
sightings will become increasingly prevalent around the world.
James said, “I base that opinion about these end of days matters on the Book
of Genesis, chapter 6, and upon Jesus’s words in Luke 17: 26-29.” He added,
“This is the primary focus of ‘The Rapture Dialogues,’.” He said that
the fiction, which intertwines a number of real life historical figures of
recent times within the story, addresses the possible spiritual aspects, as well
as conjectured geopolitical diabolism, and scientific postulation about the
so-called paranormal things involved with the UFO phenomena. Also, he said, the
novel presents some fascinating probabilities, scheduled to occur, according to
Bible prophecy yet to be fulfilled.
“It’s a teriffic thing to be able to come back to the San Antonio area and
kick off the novel’s nation-wide promotion,” James said. “Randolph is the
base where I spent my tour of duty from 1967 through most of 1970. San Antonio
is also the place I met my wife, Margaret, nearly 37 years ago. She was born at
Brooke Hospital at Ft. Sam Houston, and so was our first child,” he added.
James plans at least 2 additional novels to complete the whole story.
